| Trying to get ready sunday morning but can't find my favorite jeans. Harry said they were in the dryer (he dried them twice bc he claims they were still wet). now all you sistas out there know that jeans in the dryer usually spells trouble. I hoisted the jeans up but of course they were still tight from dryer shrinkage. it doesn't help that i had just painted my nails and i was trying to be careful not to smudge them. so i asked harry to help button them. so as he's struggling to button he started ranting and raving "these are too tight! you just need to buy new jeans! i can't button these! you need a miracle to get these jeans on. ONLY JESUS CAN BUTTON THESE!"

Tyree was amazing. Eli was surpising solid. Harry keeps mentioning how he used to play against Tyree in high school and I keep reminding him that he's already told me this.
That game was.... exhilirating. The Giants played with all heart. And it was really endearing how Peyton was so happy for Eli.
Maybe we'll name our next dog Strahan or Tyree.  |

Were you surprised?
I knew it was coming sooner or later but I didn't expect it on a Wednesday morning. Tricky little fellow. I was definitely caught off guard.
Did you cry?
Yes.
Did he cry?
No. Contrary to popular belief, he didn't cry.
What does the ring look like/ Is it what you wanted?
It's a princess cut with a trellis setting. The cut was not what I had in mind but he picked it bc it would have looked nicer with the setting. He knew what kind of styles I liked and he picked the final one in the end. He did a great job. :)
Was your family surprised?
My parents knew bc they had dinner with him. My sisters were though.
When are you guys getting married?
No idea. Hopefully sooner than later. But don't ask. We'll tell you.
Must admit the past few days have been a bit overwhelming. But now that I'm starting to get used to the idea of being engaged, I'm becoming really excited. Too bad I don't want a wedding. It's too much work.
Thanks to all of you who have called and emailed. If I haven't gotten back to yet, it just that I got backed up. I feel really blessed to have people to are so happy for us in my life. Ok, enough with the sappy crap. The end.
